Former McKinsey consultant, exited founder, and investor at the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. Yousif has led transformations across manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, and energy sectors spanning the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

His approach: identify the performance gap, build the plan, execute until the numbers move. No perfectly balanced analysis that paralyzes everyone in the room. A clear direction, full commitment, and the operational muscle to make it real.

He also holds the distinction of being a member of the first-ever Saudi Winter Olympic team, an experience in pushing boundaries that carries into everything MetaMorph does.
